Default Ls/Vtec Help options

Okay im not trying to put up another LS/Vtec thread but i need a specific question answered that i havent been able to find on other threads. Okay here it goes...

I have a B18A1 block, I was wondering what v-tec block would be best for me. I also need to know if my ECU is OBD-0 which i know it is if other parts like a GSR water pump would work on my car. And to go along with that when i get a V-tec ECU does it have to be OBD-0 also to work with some of my stock B18A1 parts.

Thankyou and sorry for the repeated thread
