Default anyone run alky/water injection????

i am almost done with my build. i just have to find a good header and exhaust! but the problem i have is that i am at 5500 ft elevation and i dont think it is possible to run 91 octane on my NA setup (12:6+ CR). well im sure that i could but adding more timming would rob me of hp right? which means 101 at all times...obviously that can get expensive! so i looked into the alky/water injection kit. any one have experince with them?

I used to have one in my imprezza sti. It used to make strange noises at the top. I tried increasing the jet size but that did'nt help much. I'm not sure on whether it's worth it. A properly tuned ecu would be a wiser choice for your money. Maybe others would have a better experience with it. My unit was an aquamist unit from the UK.
