Auto Trans fluid

What trans fluid should I use for my 97 Accord?
Best or acceptable.

Honda ATF Z-1 the little extra cost is well worth it; 3 quarts every 30k miles.

This is like a cheap insurnace policy!

Honda ATF Z-1 the little extra cost is well worth it; 3 quarts every 30k miles.

i change my fluid once a year on both my cars regardless of miles driven.
