Honda Trans fluid
I have an auto trans and someone told me that i have to use oem honda fluid. Is this true or can i use some kind of performance fluid?

With an auto trans, replacement fluids often make the transmission feel "notchy" or hard shifting. They don't hurt the transmission, as far as I can tell (after 50,000 miles on my wife's car as of now), but to get back some of the smoothness, I started using a 50/50 mix of Honda ATF and Mobil-1 synthetic ATF. (I believe the Honda ATF allows more "slippage" of the torque converter)
