on top of the b18a1 there is a nipple that a hose goes on ... its toward the center and is connected to a hat looking thing ( don't know what it is... anyway) where can i run that hose to... my CAI doesn't have a nipple for it

 

I believe you are taking about the crankcase breather tube. You can buy a $10-$20 breather filter to put on it, just go to any performance shop and they'll sell you one. You could also modify your CAI to accept the tube, but with a lower compression motor I don't think it is very important, i think it's just the b16b guys and the like that it makes a difference for.

 

apc makes them and they have them at advace auto outa the *** ther like 15-20 bucks

 

not the one for the valve cover i have the hose for that its probably 1/8th of an inch in diameter

This? If so you dont even need it..I got rid of mine and the motor runs perfect..

 

no its actually not that one its hard to say but its toaward the center... but look similar... mine is already missing ... the one in the picture... the nipple on mine faces forward

 

still wondering? now getting code 14 does that have anythign to do with it? also i really can't find the eacv... or somethign to that effect on a b18a1 engine... the little hat looking thing that i am talking about early sits in between that position hat and the throttle bracket bolts...

 

ya you can take it off just plug the hole that goes into the intake manifold

 

how about the code....?
