Default uh...oh....

just happened like 5 mins ago...im driving home and i find out that where the belt runs (the rubber part) leaks a little bit of water, didnt think much of it til some got right into the power windows slot!! all of a sudden i hear a burning smell like fireworks and i thought it was the engine and was like o sh** waht can that be, but then i see smoke to the left of me and under me and im like wtf!! so i opened the sunroof and the passenger side window and tryed opening the drivers side but guess what? it doesnt work.....so i think that friggin burned out on me, im just glad it didnt start a fire anyone have an idea on how much the piece to fix that could be? im guessing its the circuit. havent had a chance to take it apart, and if it stops raining tommorrow well then ill give ya some pics....what a sh**y night!

So it ran down the inside of the window...correct??

Do any of the other switches work??

I would suggest trying a junk yard to find a motor, or whatever has burnt out.

it didnt run down the window...the window was dry. yea the passenger switch works, but the drivers side switch doesnt.

and it dripped....ok the track of the auto seatbelt, didnt come from inside that but from the ouside of it between the rubber and the plastic head piece that runs from the dash all the way back. (curvy piece where everyone attaches more gauges lol).. so not from the inside of the track but between the outside rubber and the plastic piece...

dripped right down onto the panel wish has the handle/ window lock/ pass window button/driver window button. only the driver side doesnt work
