i have a obd 1 b16a and trying to put it in a ek..is there a way i can use the stock ek mounts,and do i need to change the driverside motor mount bracket to a si...can someone give me the thread on this..sorry for asking but i can't find the thread...

 

i have the same motor for the same car, i was just wondering how many mounts total do i need to put the b16 into my ek?

 

Your gonna need the Si Left Engine mount, the one with the bole on it that actually goes on the engine, and the b16 rear T bracket... maybe some torque mounts but i doubt it

 

both have to be from 99-00 si!!

and u'll need #6 in that first pic also, the top tranny mount. 96-00 b and d series top tranny mounts are the same, so u can re-use your stock one

 

the tranny bracket is the same if you have manual for d seies or bseries
