NYS OBD2 Guys: Have you passed inspection????
I'm gonna turbo the Civic after my turbo has sat in my room for two years.
With this new NYS OBD2 inspection, how many have you passed with FI and how???

Im from nyc, as long as u dont have a check engine light u will pass. Thats all the new sustem reads. Stock honda map sensors will throw a light over 7 pounds so keep taht in mind befor eu go and get inspected. If u have no CEL's your straight...
I would guess you could do the same thing that I do up here in MA, just pull the WG spring, install stock ECU, injectors and MAP sensor, drive around a bit to set the readiness codes and then go get tested, pass, and swap all the aftermarket stuff back in.
I don't know how NY is on visuals, but if I pass the computer check and my headlights/blinkers work I pass without them even opening my hood. Up here OBD1 has to pass a dyno sniffer. I <3 OBD2.

yes, thats the way to pass in NY. basically make the car an N/A obd2 car when it goes to get inspected.
STOCK ecu, cat, and both oxygen sensors.
