Default B18A/B with ITR intake cam on Boost?

I did the search already but all i kept finding were either b16's or B18C's with the ITR/CTR Intake cam installed with "8-10" Hp gains. My question is will that same setup having the ITR cam work in a LS (B18A/B) I tried and I tried but I could not find it. I know or read that u have 2 use the ITR springs and retainers but if it is possible to use the ITR cam in the B18A/B can I just use aftermarket springs and reatiners <sorry if I am beating a dead horse> Thanks in advance for answers!!
What I was thinking of doing was get that setup with a B18head + SK2 Intake Manifodl + SK2 Throttle Body+ 5 angle valve Job.

You can't run VTEC cams in a non VTEC head, champ.
