H22A Vtec Cut off!! HELP!!!

Default H22A Vtec Cut off!! HELP!!!

for some reason my vtec cuts off while it is still kicking it kicks about 5 somthing but then sometimes it cuts off around 6RPM and then it jus redlines at 6.5RPM i dont know wat could be the cause. I have changed the oil, sloved the leaking problem, im not sure if it is my oil pressure switch? ive also flushed my motor, Do u guys think i need a tune up?

have you checked you oil pan for bearing flakes?

ive cahnged my oil it looked normail to me.. do you think i have a spun bearing or sumthing?

oh kool thanks man i think i narrowed the problem i have a dented oil pan i think the punk that sold it to me hit sumthing cas its a pretty big dent

Replace the pan or pound the dent out. Your oil pressure could be off b/c of the dent, which in turn would cause the symptoms that you mentioned.
