A +33 offset is going to stick out way too far, rubbing both front and rear fenders. There is no way you can flare the fenders enough to accomodate that offset. Try a +38 or +43
depends on how bad you want to run the wheels.
You can get away with it by flairing but also running at least over 3degrees over negative camber.
Either way, you won't be able to lower much. You can also get a shop to machine the wheel. Funny enough as it is, I know somebody who had it done to a 17X7 +40mm TE37 as well....machined it so it was a +42mm in the end.

It's funny how every once in a while there are posts with little hints in it that tell you who the real "OG" are.
That post above is one of those posts.
+33 is a little much, I think, unless you are willing to make compromises or modifications to accommodate the wheels.

On a 7" wide wheel with a +33 offset, the rim will be 55.9mm from the centerline of the wheel. I've fitted a 8" wide wheel with a +45mm offset, which has a rim that is 56.9mm from the centerline of the wheel. So I believe you should be fine.
However, in order to do this the fenders must be rolled and the car must be running a decent amount of camber in both the front and rear.

Unless it's the first Sunday after the first full moon after Vernal Equinox, but it has to be after Passover.
But it could be dark.

To add to this, I test fit a 225/45/16 A048 on a 16x8 +45mm wheel in the front and a 205/50/16 A048 on a 16x8 +45mm in the rear.
I'm also using 22k springs in the front and 18k in the rear, so the body does not roll much at all. I'm sure on softer springs, I would be hitting the fenders. The tyre to fender clearance is very small.
Having said all that, I now see George's point.
99% of the time the setup I described will not fit on an Integra.
