Default someone help me out with this please!

I ran the OBD II diagnostics and came up with the code P1456
I'm confused because I looked it up and it was two things:
1)Leak detected in EVAP control System
2)Heated Catalyst Heater Power supply open circuit

Can anyone explain to me what actually needs to be done? I'm hoping that it's gonna be something I can do myself. Any help is appreciated

An open in your secondary o2 sensor circuit(make sure your getting battery voltage to the o2 sensor, thats the heated part). Go buy a dvom(multimeter) if you dont have one already. $20 craftsman will do

p1456 is for an evap code on a honda...

one dtc cant be set for 2 entirely unrelated problems.
p0135 & p0141 are for o2 heater problems

you should check evap hoses, electrical connectors, etc to make sure theyre all hooked up and not broken. more than likely the problem is with a vacuum switching valve. it could also be the gas cap like someone else said.
