Default Code P0141 Help!

i got this code and ckf but i believe i fixed the ckf by hacking the ecu..anyhow, this P0141 isnt a o2 replacement (searched) but wire malfunction...(i think)question is where? is there a tool to diagnose this? running p75 ecu obd2a if that helps.

p0141 is usually caused by an open o2 sensor heater. A resistance check of the secondary o2 heater will verify it's the problem.

Doesn't need to be running. disconnect the sensor. Measure resistance between the two black wires on the sensor. Use the ohms setting, should be 10-40 ohms if I remember right.

A problem with a wire, connector, or pin would be my next suggestions to check. Do you have power and/or ground to the o2 heater?
