How do you remove the pieces of plastic beside the cd player? Can it be removed? The helms doesn't say anything specifically about its removal.

When I did my stereo install I started from the console and worked my way forward until I got to that piece.

Come to think of it, I don't recall actually taking those pieces out. Hmmmmm. Maybe there are tied into the dash. I can't remember.

No...those lower pieces are a pie to remove. I'm talking about the pieces that are located right beside the cd player. The passenger side piece goes around the glove box.

Between the 2. Where the radio would go or is that part of one of those. Man I dont know.

That part is part of the dash.

 

Are you talking about the dash or the console? There's the dash from where the ac controls are, then below that by the radio is the center console. Here are some pictures from an auction on ebay. It's rhd....but same thing, just reverse.

The part you are describing cannot be removed. Its a part of the complete dashboard.
