Default JDM Fuel Line, fuel rail fitment

ok ive searched for people's solutions to the problem of dealing with a h22 or any other jdm fuel rail fitment (for a lack of better words)
i myself have come up with a couple solutions, just wondering what everyone else has done/ seeing if you can answer my questions

my basic problem is that my line right now is just extended with barbed brass pipe and hose clamps and im tired of the leaking/constant repairing/worrying

HERE ARE THE OPTIONS:
1. extend the line with pipe and clamps..cheapest and least safe

2. get a usdm fuel rail and hose....help here i know an h23 rail will work but what about f series????? defineatly the safest

3. setup a whole AN fitting and steel braided hose with an inline earls filter...expensive but seems worth it (can just clean filter instead of buying throw away filters)

let me know what you guys have done..if the f series rails will work...car-part.com seems to have alot of them..but im just not sure if theyll work..thanks guys-Chris

dont know if this will help you out, but i used a 90-93 f-series accord fuel rail on my jdm h22 ek..everything bolted up...just moved the filter closer to the driverside an inch

I have always replaced JDM fuel rails with USDM/EDM H22 or H23 ones. Works great.
