Default is my 5th gear synco going out?

When ever I try to go into 5th I get a tad bit of resistance and a kinda virabtion from the gearshifter but this only happens when I shift quickly or at a normal pace

if I wait for the revs to drop completely I can shift into 5th completely smoothly.

is this the 5th gear synco going out?

also sometimes it will grind the gear slightly even with the clutch all the way pushed in

you will be all set, i was actually thinking about doing a short shifter in mine too.
ive heard that if you use syncromesh tranny fluid from Honda, sometimes it will help the problem if its not that bad and in your situation it would be a good idea to give it a shot.
