Default A/c belt install

my a/c is all there... all is needed is the belt I have the belt .... do I have to take the compressor off to put on the belt or do I have to take the mount off also, and do I have to losen the tensior before I put the belt on?

If it's a 94-01 you need to remove the 2 bolts that hold the a/c bracket mount out, and what I also do is loosen the 2 nuts and 1 bolt from the driver's side upper mount.....don's take them out just loosen them and that should give you enough clearance to pull the a/c belt out from under the car.

Yes, you have to move the ps pump out of the way so you can relieve the belt tension.
