Default HELP: replacing AC belt

alright well i have a gsr motor in my ek hatch and while i was driving the belt snapped off so basically i bought a new belt for it assuming that i could do it myself but it seemed really complicated cause there is some sort of a mount in the way of me putting the belt on..i was wondering is there any other way i could replace the belt besides going thru all the bs to remove the mount out of the way just to put the belt on..thanks

You have to unbolt the lower torque mount to get the belt on.

if the mount is there ur gonna have to remove it

u could always cut the belt and staple it together but that would have defeated the purpose of buying a new one

btw: i take no responsibilities if u actually try to staple that belt
