Default b20b or b20z for 10 psi WITHOUT upgrades?

In its stock form, which is better suited for about 7-10 psi? a b20b or b20z? i realize the extra compression of the Z could theoretically cause trouble, but would i be losing out on extra hp just by chosing the lower compression.

I know, i know, i should rebuild the engine. However i am NOT looking for a high reving engine. I want low end power for my crx.

Thanks

i have never done a turbo but i have had both engines and did not notice much of a power dif. so i would go with the b20b for the lower compression. they both have the same tourqe just boost the hell out of it and see what happens.
