Default ideal compression?

Doing a z6 build...

was going to do a vitara bottom end, but I'm wondering if I should go with something (SRP's, etc.) with a higher compression...

running a 14b turbo, so I'm wondering if using a higher compression piston would allow more power to be made at a lower psi...

so..

vitara vs higher compression forged?

U hit the nail on the head, higher CR is more power with less psi and better responce. So what do u have in mind for HP?

Keep in mind, higher compression plus positive manifold pressure makes more power with less psi, but it also makes a lot more heat at the same psi. Watch your EGT's carefully. Also, you will want to use a relatively low silicone content piston if you want to run high compression and boost. JE for example... Make sure your tune is a little bit on the rich end under boost aswell.
