Check all your sensor plugs incase they got mixed up, vacuum leak around the manifold gasket or TB gasket, timing belt off, valve adjustment? Just a few ideas......

if it ran fine before you put all that worthless crap on the intake side then you have located your problem....

you probably have a leaky throttle body gasket or im gasket....but if youre super awesome you could have put the timing belt on wrong

a valve adjustment problem is not gonna be that extreme

I suspect this is your issue.
If you are using the S2 throttle body.......Skunk2 did not place a hole in the gasket inbetween the manifold and the throttle body, so the IAC becomes useless.
take the throttle body off, look at the hole on the left side in between the top and bottom left threaded bolt holes, the hole is there, place the gasket on the manifold and tap it over this hole to mark it and make a hole.
you should be fine then.....
Why do I have to do the quality control work on the Skunk2 stuff? lol
as a plus, the manifold does flow much better than the stock unit
I have flowed it.....installed on the head to get relaistic flow drops.

i noticed that and made the hole same thing, made no change, i got no vaccum leaks, tps voltage is set, i'm also running skunk 2 cams stage 2, and skunk2 valvetrain with high compression valves

where is it idling? idling high or stalls?
does the IAC work? and how do you know?
start opening the throttle plate, with the adjusting screw?

i can get it to idel at 1200rpm anything less it dies, im pretty sure the iac is working cause it revs up when u start it, then drops idle, the only think is the idle air screw does nothing, i got it to 1200 by adjusting the throttle plate, i got my tps set at 0.5v closed throttle
