compression is 11.3:1....want 11.6:1

what can i do to get those 3 tenths of a point without making piston to valve contact? take .010 off the head? take a layer off the oem headgasket?

imo flat face valves thats roughly how much compression they give and they will flow a little better aswell

took the middle layer of the HG out. now its 11.67:1.

what are you guys doing for fuel management to compensate for the high compression but with our low octaine here in cali?

I would leave right where it is. You have very little detonation head room at 11.3 as it is. Be happy and let it live long. Dan

my comp is 11.7:1 and im runnnig on cali's 91 octane. motor been running like a champ with 13k on it
