You will also need a Del Sol VTEC A/C bracket to keep your A/C.
I would also recommend you buy:
New timing belt and water pump
New Axles
Del Sol VTEC radiator
New clutch and flywheel
Edit: You will also need a USDM VTEC engine harness of any OBD1 Vtec car, Civic EX, Si, Integra GSR, Del Sol VTEC, etc.

I recently did the same exact thing. You will have to add three additional sensors to your harness for vtec to operate. Hasport sells the kit for $90 or you can find an obd1 vtec harness on ebay for anywhere between 100- 250 bucks. You may also want to replace some things before installing it. I replaced the timing belt, tensioner, and waterpump with oem parts. I also did a tune up with good plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. I used an exedy stage one clutch kit and I kept the stock flywheel. I would have gotten a different flywheel if I got LSD. The two mounts on the driver's side crapped out in a week and I had to replace them as well. The axels I recieved from hmotors were stronger and better looking than the ones I got from pepboys so you may be able to use their axels. I also used the dual core half size delsol vtec radiator and upper and lower radiator hoses. I splurged with a koyo aluminum radiator and fal fan. Finally you will need an airbox or intake. I bought the AEM cold air intake that was designed to work with the swap and this is the only thing I didn't like. I will be replacing it with a J's style intake from passwordjdm. I am happy for the overall outcome in the long run. It is much nicer than the d15b7 I had. I get 30 mpg on the highway with the short b16 tranny which is 7-10 mpg less than the sohc .

You use the stock VX AC, but in order to bolt it up you will need the bracket from a Del Sol VTEC.
The del sol vtec radiator in not required but a good idea, take one look at the stock cx/vx/dx radiator and you will see it's kinda a pos.
You should be able to use your stock VX harness. You will still need to add a wire for vtec or 2 plus two wires for the knock sensor, unless you use a p28.
Edit: Also now is a good time to get a new distributor cap, rotor, plug wires, and plugs.

if you decide to get rid of the A/C maybe consider swapping in an Integra radiator. . .
ok or not. Just a cheap upgrade to give yourself a little more insurance during repeated runs in heat.

You don't need the Radiator but you do need the del sol vtec radiator hoses. The Del Sol vtec a/c bracket you need is a p54

Yes you can. If you get the sirII swap from h-motors it will come with the mounts for your hatch. The motors are pulled from eg's so the mounts will work. Hasport mounts are strong but shake the hell out of anything that is loose. Unless you plan to boost it, you can use the stockers.

I'm assuming you mean clutch and flywheel. Get them for a Del sol vtec. The clutch I got from H-motors was decent enough to reuse but instead, I replaced it with an exedy stage one kit.
Do yourself a favor and get the LSD tranny. Alot of times if they have them in stock they will give it to you for no additional charge.
You cannot use the harness on a JDM motor unless your car is RHD. You will either need to use your vx harness, change the wiring on the 02 sensor and add three plugs (hasport sells the kit) or get an obd1 vtec harness from a 92-95 ex.
You wouldn't need to be spoon-fed info if you read anything from that link I gave you or just searched.

WHY is everyone saying he needs a VTEC harness, his car is a VX so its already got vtec plugs in the original engine harness and chassis harness. no need to buy anything else for the swap, except for the P54 a/c bracket, and wire up knock sensor unless you run a chipped ecu.
