Default suggestions on vtec setting for chipped p72 on h22a4

I know that setting you're vtec moves the power band. What would be the best setting for 1/4 mile times with what fuel cut off rpm.Alot of you out there have alot more experince than I do. What have you experinced?

I just don't understand chipped ecus.........
Anyway- get it dyno tuned man. Not that this wil be much help, but i have mine set at 4900.

Hm.....if you're using stock cams, i say keep it factory.
