i noticed on my throttle body when me and my friend swapped a 92 ls motor , the tps had a bolt broke off into the throttle body and its only in there by one bolt now but its all set to oem specs and stuff , but would just having one bolt holding it on make my car run funny???
Remove the other bolt and replace both of them at the same time.
If the bolt isn't broken flush with the TB then you acn just turn it out.

You would get a code 7 if your TPS wasn't reading the correct voltage from being out of adjustment.
You can fix it by removing the tps, drilling out the old screw and retapping the hole 1 size up
