Default Dyno results 7 psi custom kit: 266.4 whp(dynojet)

I had my car on the dyno today.
Boost level was 7psi.
I pulled 266.4 whp @ 222.9 NM(165.3 ft-lbs)

fully built b16a2 1.6L darton/eagle/probe
edelbrock victor x
70mm tb
gsr cams
t3/62-1 turbo
3 inch downpipe 2.5 inch exhaust
tail 44mm wg
tail 50mm bv
full-race piping
full-race manifold
backdoor intercooler
racimex oilcooler
thik JDM radiator
Stock ignition
After 15 dyno pulls the IAT temp got to high i had no time to adjust iat vs fuel table. The AFR over the full rpm range got richer and killed my whp.
for my full setup see http://www.cjperformance.com

lease comment this dyno sheet:

I would definitely hope your A/F is alot richer than that. Not bad other than that

I will open boost shortly to 15-20 psi.
AFR on my plx was 12.0-12.5 this is on 98 octane(ron fuel).

wouldnt that be restrictive? 3 inch downpipe to 2.5 inch exhaust.

I think that your A/F should be a richer and IMO that turbo is too big for 1.6l displacement
but otherwise great set up!

that spool dont look good to me. 200whp by 6500 rpms!!!!! he should be at 200 whp at like 4.5-5K. turbo is too big for that setup.

also u need to make ur a/f richer. shoot for 11.6-11.8 for safe tune

What the hell could you possibly need a 62-1 on a stock bore B16?

Talk about over-turboing it.. I never understand why people think that

peak power > fat powerband..

"Traction"... Blah.. get some tires and learn how to drive..

Nice power numbers - way too much lag..

Maybe he's only interested in drag... not everyone cares about spool point y'know (myself included)

Nice #s, I love how you can see the tq jump up

Nice power.
He already said on his PLX the A/F was 12-12.5
or his PLX is giving him wrong readings or the WBO2 in the muffler from the dyno shop is.
With 7 psi boost 200 whp@ 4.5-5K would be difficult to get.
Graph looks good and the lag looks like most setups on HT.

I ordered a 60-1 but their is written 62-1 on the turbo. So i have one of both.
This only 7psi. I will open boost shortly to 15 psi.

Maybe in the future i will upgrade to 84.5 mm pistons.
