keep changin parts till you get boost!...

Nah man seriously sounds like you have a boost leak somewere in your charge piping......wait...we've been down this road before..."are charge pipes installed?"

Check for leaks in piping/couplers
with the engine idling, look into the turbo inlet(were filter goes) give the throttle a quick snap and see if the turbo spins freely.

Check to be sure the wastgate is not stuck open.
Sorry i wish i could help more but i don't know the cars history and mods and such.

Sure is a boost leak somewhere.. Look around at your charge pipes to find it..

How can i make sure the waste gate vaccum is routed properly, where do you guys connect it? Also exenocron burned me a basemap and sent me a ecu with a zif in it. It is running extremely rich and fouled out my plugs. I hope he can send me the basemap he used so i can adjust it. At first it ran good at a 2k idle but no boost, after a while it started running rough and the idle got worse and worse. Now my idle is at 5k and the car sputters back and forth. Im guessing it fouled out the plugs cuse its running so rich.

its a brand new turbo so i doubt its bad? Can they even be bad if there is no wear or play on the shaft? Thanks, Jim

Now that i see the setup i'm wondering if if your running as rich as you say you are....with a fairly moderate sized turbo if that would cause the problem but i'm sure you would still get somthing. if the turbo spins freely and has no shaft play then it's fine.
