Default Car wont start.

I have a 92 civic i just recently did a b18a turbo swap. Im running a walbro fuel pump and precision 780 cc injectors. I am running hondata s300. So the problem. It acts like it wants to turn over. But never does. The car is getting fuel and spark. I took the plugs out and They are drenched with Gas. I have the obd0 throttle body on there, and it only has a tps sensor. You think thats why im getting alot of fuel and flooding it. Im going to be getting a obd1 so it will have both tps and map sensors on it. Do you guys think this is what my problem is. Or is there other things i can check for? thanks

Did you scale your fuel map for the 780's, I'm guessing not if the plugs are soaked.

Im not sure, i had a friend do a base map for me. Im a noob with the hondata. I would of thought he would of. I have also tryed searching to get a good base map before i posted but couldnt really find any good information. Anyone good with making base maps.

So not having the map sensor hooked up has nothing to do with it running way to much fuel?

for me! Sorry I missed that! That will absolutely have something to do with it not starting, get a MAP hooked up ASAP. If it still won't start and the plugs are still wet with fuel, then I would suspect the fuel map was not scaled properly for the injector size.
