Listen to the video, make sure the volume is up a decent bit. It has that "misfire" and i have no idea what it is, swapped those injectors with others, and makes no difference. Sprayed starter fluid all over the intake/tb area to try to find a leak, but no go. Replaced the cap, rotor, wires, plug, checked the coil and its in spec. Didnt check the ignitor yet though. Running no cat and a 5zigen exhaust. I have CEL on but its for o2 sensor heater circuit. Im getting a obd1 ecu anyway this week.
Any idea at all what it is? This is a b18b swap into a 97 cx (both obd2) motor is JDM.

nope, i refuse to run anything but NGK's in my hondas and acura....
any guesses? these plugs have 20-30 min of run time (pretty much all the time i have been figuring out trying to lose this misfire)

Yeah, I'd check the igniter. If you have a generous friend who's got a car like yours, see if he'll let you try his dizzy on your car, and see if it clears it up, and if it does, get a new dizzy, or somehow repair yours. I think the igniter is all you have left to check on the ignition system right? I don't think there is anything else it could be in the ignition system. If everything is good with that, then its time to check out your engine's mechanical condition.
Also, check the 02 sensor(s). If it is bad, then it will cause a skip.
EDIT: I didn't remember that you had a cel. Sometimes the ECU will run a sort of limp-mode program if it is throwning a code. So that coud be your mis-fire. An OBD-1 ECU will eliminate the CEL, since it will only read one 02 sensor.

I have had o2 sensor issues also from day 1. it started with the heater circuit failure on the secondary o2 sensor, then went to heater failure on both. But only heater failure, not anything else. And BTW i already replaced both of them and the same issues. SO im waiting for the new ECU to come. But i dont think that that would cause this problem really. Becasue even if i clear all the codes the second i start up it goes right back to this.
Ill search the net and try to find how to check the ignitor, ill try to post results tonight.
BTW no friends i know have a crv nor integra ls. Integra period for that matter.

Sounds like you jumped timing to me. Pull the valve cover off and look at the cam gears to see if they line up at TDC when the white line on the crank pulley is at the lower cover pointer. I bet your off at least a tooth.
My boss from work has a teg that sat up for 8 months, with him changing all kinds of parts like you. I finally went and took a look at it and first thing I checked was his cam timing in relation to the crank pulley, and sure enough it was off really bad. I set it back to TDC and its running super again. I kinda feel bad that I didn't go over and help him earlier. 8 months, lol.

That's totally normal. My best guess is because you aren't giving enough gas so the map signal is shifting between fuel cut and high vaccum. I wouldn't worry about it at all. If it does it at idle that's because you are too rich or lean misfiring.
I can guarantee almost 100% that it has nothing to do with the dizzy, but is a fueling issue because of the inconsistancy. Get your 02 heater fixed or tune it, but otherwise nothing to worry about

really?
I ordered my ECU from Phearable.net. They are shutting down every sensor i dont need (idk exactly what) but its the obd1 p75 so that will eliminate the secondary o2 at least. The primary o2 sensor heater circuit code came on the day i got it back from paint. I have no idea why, it just came on.
Im going t just be safe and bring the ignitor to autozone for testing. But you think its really nothing to worry about? How would i tune it to get rid of that after i get all my cel's fixed and if it still does that?
also i forgot to mention, my tach went nuts the other day, it would spazz out and jump all over for no reason. Then my speedo stopped working, and i threw a VSS code. So i unplugged teh VSS and plugged it back in, and it stopped doing that for now. Isnt a sign of bad ignitor a jumping tach?
