use your stock jack.. then when it gets high enough use your aftermarket

jack the car up from the side jack point, put a piece of wood under the wheel, let it back down, then do the other wheel, then put the jack under the front

I use books for classes I really hated & they changed the editions after I took the class so I couldn't sell them back

Hey -- they've gotta come useful SOMETIME right? I use my scissor jack to bring it up.

Ok sorry guys I had a brain fart.

What I meant to say was the jack I am using does that go high enough. I put it at the highest setting and the car is still too low for the jacks to fit under. 20 bucks guess I got what I paid for but at least it came with 2 free jack stands.

well now those 2 free jack stands dont do you anygood do they? your car being low has nothing to do with the jack not going high enough to get on the jackstands.. take the wood you got and put those between the jack and car and jack it up high

don't throw away that powerbuilt small low jack. it's very useful for jacking up suspension components.

Same **** happend to me tho with that jack/jackstands set. had to run out and buy a floor jack that went plenty high

where are you trying to jack it up from? I have the same problem if I am trying to jack it up from the front. So I do one side at a time.

The front. I only have one jack though the stock one didnt come with the car when I bought it. If I jack one side up, put the jackstand underneath, take the jack off and then do it with the other will the car hold up right or will it fall over and crush me to death.

N/M the jack wont fit underneath the sides.
