Okay so I over tightened the exhaust studs on my b16's heads and stripped a couple of them before i figured out what I was doing. Im thinking about getting a larger diameter threaded rod and a tap and then drilling out the exhaust manifold a tiny bit for the rod to fit.

Anybody ever had a problem like this? Forsee any problems with this solution?
