Wiring IAB's
Been reading up on it but still a bit confused.
Recently did a B18c into a JDM Civic EG9 which originally came with a B16a (OBD1)
From what I understand you wire the pink/blue wire from the solenoid and extend the wire directly to A17 at the ecu plug and the other wire to a 12v power source (im using OBD1) such as injectors, etc?
Also is there an alternative method which is to use the purge solenoid plug and plug that into the IAB solenoid and switch A17 to A20?
My loom is a JDM SiR Civic (OBD1) so i assume it doesnt have the IAB wires in the loom?
Can anyone actually do like a writeup or walkthrough or am I on the right track?
Cheers

most people say to run one wire to A17 and the other to driver side distibution block on the shock tower.
this never worked for me. i always run one wire to A17 and the other wire to a ground. i usualy use the thermostat ground since its close.

Ok, i'll see what works. Im just all confused at all this conflicting information. Someone should just do like a once and for all write up lol
