I'm finishing up a first time swap and need a little information. The car is a 1992 civic cx with a b18c1 (obd1) plant and nearly ready to go. After plug and play with harnesses and p72 computer, I've wired up the knock and am no longer running code 23. However, I do not beleive that my IABs are run correctly yet. I hooked up the pink wire to pin A17 in the comp, but there is one more wire black/yellow that runs next to the pink IAB sol wire. I wanted to be sure that the blk/yel wire is supposed to be vired to the 12v switch (ign) before doing so. In the wiring scematic for the 1994 integra gsr it looks like the wire might go to a ground; however, I've been told that the blk/yel should go to the ignition -- so I want to confirm this. Please let me know if this wire should go to the ign or a ground.

soo close, anyone? 12v ign or ground..gotta be sure before I wire it hot.

That is sensor voltage. Run the wire to the junction connector (it is a connector with a "plug" on one side. it is all blk/yel and yel/blk wire, that it) on the driver side of the car. There should be a open spot on the connector. put on a pinout on the wire and plug it in to the connector and you are done.

hey, if you are using a 96+ or newer the sensor requires a 12v + wire. If you are using a 95 and later 12v Ground.

even if the ECU is JDM P72, all 96+ requires 12v +.

the computer is a stock usdm gsr ecu...p72 i believe...
i hooked up the knock and there are two wires left...one is pink (IAB wire I believe to A17) and the second wire is blk/yel ---does this wire go to the ign switch, or is it grounded...please be specific..thanks
