HOW MUCH OIL!!!
Ok im changing my tranny oil to GM syncro and I need to know how much goes in. yea its stupid but I have a 98 GSR 5 speed and its got a grind in 3rd gear and I heard this will work. So how much do I need to get? I have heard 3 quarts but not sure...
You fill it until the tranny fluid starts coming back out the fill hole. You cant really "overfill" it.
This probably wont fix your grind, just lube it up better for a little while.

New syncrhos...I found some carbon coated ones I wanted from gearspeed.com not expensive either. Also, not sure if any of you have known this but you can take off your speed sensor from the top of your tranny and put a tube in there attached to a funnel and fill it from the top...no more using those stupid syphon pumps. Synchromesh cured my grinds, but make sure you purchase GM Synchromesh Friction Modified (FM)
