i just bought a 95 hatch. it drove home last wednesday. It started on the weekend, but today when i go to start it up nothing.

it doesnt crank at all
battery is good (load tested it, and swaped it out with a known good battery, jumped it with another car just for the hell of it)
i dont hear the fuel pump come on
the rad fan comes on when the clutch is down and i turn the key to start
sometimes the lights on the dash flash and make a buzz noise with the key on (srs light is on w/key on, but was on before, brake light is on w/key on
replaced the main relay
replace ign switch
checked all the fuses
plugged in another ecu

what else do i need to check??

 

there no cels either

 

check to see if your starter is getting pos. if its not prob a shorted wire or blown fuse etc. and if it is then run another ground wire strait from the bat. to the starter case(where theold ground is located). if it doesnt start then it might be your key switch

 

I solved it late last nite. I removed the tranny ground cable on the weekend b/c i was replacing a worn reverse light switch. I just forgot to hook it back up. so everythings better now. thanks tho.
