I went to start my car today and everything comes on but it will not rotate. I turn the key and i can hear the relay in the ECU area click, I turn it to start and I can hear my fuel pump running and another relay by the instrument panel come on. All this happens and the starter will not turn, my ebrake light comes on when i turn it to start but I cannot remember if that happens everytime. TIA for help.

Have you checked the starter ground?

The battery is a couple weeks old, all the lights come on very bright so I'm pretty sure the battery is good. I'll have to check that ground though.

does the starter click or anything? try tapping on it with a hammer a few times gently. also check starter wires. see if they are all tight? check main fuses under hood. check ignition switch wires behind switch.
