I just changed my gf's driver side axle. its an automatic. I put some valvoline ATF Dexron III transmission oil to top it up from what I lost when taking out the axle. No i didnt drain the oil.

So now when she is driving and at stop lights and idling, it feels like the transmission is slipping. At stops, the idle starts stutterring/ boucing and while driving, it feels like it is slipping.

Whats the deal? Is the tranny starting to go?

I am thinking maybe its just the tranny oil b/c there was NO sign of this before I changed the axle. I'm going to drain the tranny oil, and put new stuff in and then see how it is.
