since you overfilled already its up to you, you can drain it (i wouldnt, i do this from time to time too) or you can just wait for your next oil change and try not to overfill anymore. Its not a HUGE deal if its only slightly overfilled

Don't worry about it. It's ok to overfill it by a little since the level will drop after driving awhile.

I would drain it a little. Why do you have a pic of a 4g63 motor? I thouhgt you were talking about a b18? Just wondering

well obviously ur worried about it so bleed some a little oil out should take all of 5 minutes if that...
