Default More fab pics from Nitro Yellow-Green Neon land.

Arent I such a nice guy? Giving the owner a wiring schematic for the wiring I did. color coding it and all lol. wireloomed and clean as expletive. This is for his 3 gauges, shift light, and wideband... The SDS will be tomorrow along with the fuel pump, fan, etc... yeah it took a good bit of time.

Header and Intake manifold are ones that I made... Any1 recognize what car that intake manifold came from?!?!!? and no you cant buy them yet lol.

RUH ROH! it fits like a charm! And some punk *** kid told me it didnt fit his car...guess he missed out (you know who you are you ****** ) made ther merge myself thank you! thank your Burnstainless for the supply of secsy stainless and megaphone!

This is the coolant reservoir which is normally attached to the intake manifold and is one piece...but I decided that **** attach coolant ports to the side of intake manifold runners and cut the ****** off. not to mention it wont work with that fancy intake manifold lol.

Radiator fan he bought off here..the 10" is what we got...works like a charm. got it set up and switched polarity and flipped the blade..this one was setup as a push fan.

notice the sleek wiring on the injectors? Dont mind the dirty engine bay...motor is coming out and then we'll give it a nice clean up.

Originally an SRT4 intake manifold? Not bad for a bunch of Neon stuff.

you do good work! aluminum welds look excelent.

did you crank your sync200 to 200amps to weld the manifold?

yeah I did put it up to 200...and I turned off the pulse so I could put more heat into it. I preheated the metal...and then hammered in the heat after the 9th bead the welds were flowing very well.

i know how to use it :-P The resolution is much better than MS...MUCH better. And we got it for 600 bucks. So...wasnt a real hard decision. For neons there arent any plug and play options like hOndas. MS is out there and is inexpensive, but the 12x12 (rpm vs VE) table for fuel and timing SCARES THE **** OUT OF ME. other wise...ms is a good choice. but for 600 bucks you really cant knock it.

cool. i like the way sds is tuned, rpm vs ve or "boost comping" in aem. I suppose 600 is pretty good for everything. SDS is actually local for me. a couple guys i know run sds here, one on a 944 and on a rb26 240. i think if they added some sort of half *** datalogging i would run it.
