Hi I am new to this forum but not new to Hondas. I have a 93 DX hatch fully guted and caged i just built as a weekend track ****. My question is as follows... What B series engine ( stock) responds the best to boost when properly tuned and installed?..... B20b B18a,b B16a These are the choices I am stuck on. The reason why I say "stock" is B/C untill i grenade the motor thats what it will be inside. I really dont want to do Ls/Vtec or Cr/Vtec. People tell me not to boost the B20 B/C of the cylinder walls, they also say not to boost the B16 B/C of the compression so I am stuck on the Ls for now, but if you think other, then please speak up and help me decide i want to build a fun car that I wont blow up in the fist month that is the goal here Thank you.
Also the reason why I did not mention the B18c class is price. I think they are a little over priced when you compare the other engines.
