Why do people in the US (So-Cal) install these on on-road cars then? I seen them on "drift" cars and SUV's (non-off-road).

I wonder where you can get a trunk lid rack like that. I seriously want one!

That's better than my method. I put one wheel in the trunk and 3 on the passenger seat when I have to carry and extra set of wheels.

The tire trailer option does not work for me because 1) I have no place to put the trailer and 2) I don't want to install a trailer hitch on my S.

DTS is working on one that bolts to the rear subframe. Tows, 1 set of tire, tools, etc. Good for weekend tracking.

They sell that rack on Egay i think. Anyway, by the looks of his rear tires in the pic, he sure needed em.

I would opt for a small trailer. That rack looks like it is bent, also over time is will cause some damage on the trunk lid itself. It is only made to handle so much force.

Also, the side effects of those racks on the track is not known. Granted it will provide some minor downforce but from the design of it (2 racks), it will actually create more turbulence (bad)
