Default Quick intake question

Does any one know the Diameter of the stock S2000 intake arm? I am asking because I need to get a adapter for my apex filter. I want to get a tight fit. Thanks in advance..

I believe in inchs it comes out to 3 inch inside diameter. Course you could just take a ruler and measure for sure.

Instead of getting an adapter, get a K&N that fits the stock elbow.

Naw I am just going to use an Apex filter with their adapter plate. The apex filter flows extremely well, and the adapter is good quality. I am going to leave it in the stock box..

Try again. S2ki dyno'd the stock intake with and without the box.. you lose power if you take off the box.

last time I checked, plastic didn't exactly fall under the category of 'conductor'. If you think about it, the metal tube of an aftermarket intake would actually conduct more heat.
