first of all STOP TYPING IN ALL CAPS. Second, how long has it been since ur car has had a tune up? wires, plugs, cap, rotor, timing belt, water, pump, maybe an oil pump, valve adjustment? a motor should really be in good working order first before its modified. As for power, u can get cams, head work such as port and polish, maybe reshape ur combustion chambers for more compression, mill the head, intake manifold, throttle body, add different pistons the ones u pick depend on ur budget the power u want and ur tuning options. U can use spray and have more power at the push of a button.

Do suspension work, depends on ur goal there to, are u going to drag, autoX, use only as a street car, look into somr koni and gc since everyone uses them and are a tried and proven combo or u can use some other combo of a spring and shock, maybe even get a full coilover such as TEIN, D2, or OMNI. Get polyurethan bushings to replace the rotting rubber units through out the car.

Do u want rims at all, get a set of rims and good quality tires, also depends on what u want to do with the car for ur choice of the tire, any body mods such as CF anything, hood? it does reduce overall curb weight but not that much. Interior mods could be done, like seats or a steering wheel. there are alot of things to do still, keep at it and one day u will have the car that u set out to build

Well supposably the guy I bought it from did all the tuning before I bought it at 96k miles and now it is at 105k miles and I got the valves adjusted at maybe 98k miles... guy I bought the car from put some Dropzone Coilovers?, and a Skunk 2 camber kit in the front. I eventually want to get better suspension. Im goin for street maybe drag. As far as rims go I have Sinko Tenzo R. The tires arent too bad and I also have a VIS CF Hood. Thanks for the feedback.
