bought an ls/vtec...i bought it knocking cuz i wanted to use the head...b16 tranny...blades...front end..blah blah..all the works and such...im just wondering if i am right assuming the head is fine due to the knocking

yea I think the head might be fine. Knocking usually occurs in the block, like a spun bearing or something. Someone correct me if im wrong.
