well, let's first off start with what you have and what you'll be doing with the car? drag racing? autocross? track days?
if you hurry, Mr. D aka heeltoeauto have one set of tien suspension left. but for a big price!

Define "bad". Describe how you want it to be good? What is your budget?
Also, go here and read the FAQ, the manual,etc...

If you hit a bump in this thing it sounds like broke the entire front end of the car.
Budget would probably be around 600 bucks.

Re: 87 civic suspension. (CivicKid517)
huh.. sounds about normal. hahahaaa...
first off, check your balljoints and all bolts to be sure everything is secure..
secondly, it sounds if you are "bottoming" out the front shocks. very common with these cars..
in order to get rid of this, you could buy the tein suspension, find a set of shortened konis, (very hard to do), or just raise the front up an inch for now. also, you can set the shock down in the fork another inch. just make sure it doesn't hit the axle. also, a guy on RPR made some camber plates. that should add about an inch of travel up top.
