Default vacuum question

how much vacuum does a stock honda B series motor have at idle?

because my car runs so rich it dies right away. I Check to see how much vacuum was present at idle, barely any, so I think since the map sensor is not seeing the vacuum it should have at idle, the ecu is loading the motor up on fuel.

You should have 16 to 22 in.Hg You have no vac present Wow! You have to have a major vac leak or your got holes in your pistons or valves not seating. But you say it starts, Hmmm. Vac leak somewhere. Can you borrow a smoke machine
That is automotive smk mach . You would cap off/seal the throttle body and blow the smoke into a vac port. Then look for leaks. That is the easiest way.

If no smk mach then just check all possible lines and IAC, PCV and all the gaskets
