It sounds like one of the two window channels has loosened or has somehow allowed the glass to get onto the wrong side of the felt window channel run. It reaches a point where it pinches and the glass stops.
That is, of course, assuming the window drive motor is working....
A few more specifics, please

Take the door panel back off and try to roll it back up and see where it gets caught. One side of the window track might be going up faster than the other. Is it power or manual?
its power, 4 door, and i guess the motor works cause when i press down it goes normally
The loosening of one of the window channel thingy's sounds like that may be the problem. But how do i fix it?? And what if thats not the problem??
any other suggestions?

This is a VERY common problem, and it's solution isn't all that complicated.
Basically, it involves loosening the front window channel, reinserting the glass between the felt channel running surfaces and reattaching the front channel. The channel has to be just tight enough to not allow the glass to pitch down when it goes up. If allowed to, it will bind. The ONLY thing you have to be careful of; is that the felt run hasn't folded and lays correctly in the channel. If it has, you'll have to replace it.

in the mean time while u are waiting to find the problem, just put something in place of the window.. for exampl a garbage bag or something.. that way ur stuff doesnt start smelling
An UNUSED Garbage bag, preferably.

does the window look crooked when it went down ?? if so it is out of tracks .if it looked even,,,, you could have a bad switch, where it gives it power down but supplies no power or ground to the up position ....

also, it could be the regulator. i recently had the same problem on mine, it went down and wouldnt come back up, i could pull it up a little bit, but it wouldnt go up with the power.
by the sounds of things it sounds like it could be "a bad switch" or the regulator. I'll look at the channel thing first and see if thats the case but i dont think it is. If it is "a bad switch" or the regulator can someone show me with some pics or tell me exactly where the "switch is and the regulator?? its kinda hard to see in there but its even harder when i dont know what im looking for.

BINGO!!!!! DING DING DING WE HAVE A WINNER!!!!
mine was shot, and the window would only role up intermintantly...and by that i mean once it was rolled down, it would take up to a week or two of constantly flipping the switch untill finally it would engage. i removed everything i could from the door, and greased it like i was about to give **** to a cat -but it was all for null....you can lube the trackss all you want, but think about it, the torque produced by the motor is enough to overcome an unlubricated track -the problem is the motor isnt being told to roll back up because the switch is bad
id HIGHLY suggest you just find someone who is parting out their car w/ the same color interior as you....the part is over $100 from honda (its the ENTIRE drivers power control panel thats on the door arm rest....well, everything but the power lock button ovbiously)

I had this problem not to long ago it would go down everytime but not back up. After trying and trying for 30min or so we could sometimes get it to go back up. My friends and I spent an hour trying to get it up one night. At first I thought it was the motor but we determined that was find and it ended up being the switch. Cost $155 from the dealer. I'd look into that but it could be something else thats just what it was with mine.
