Default New Cluster, tach and MPH problem

Okay, I thought this was a common problem with cluster swaps but apparently I was wrong. That is why I have hesitated to ask this question. But here goes, I have a 93 civic HB DX with a B16A SIR-II swap and after I did the swap I swapped my cluster with an SI cluster. When I got the thing in the mail I noticed it was from an AUTO. the pic on ebay showed manual but oh well. Anyways my speedom. always shows 10 mph over what I am actually going, and I am pretty sure my tach is off as well. Is there a way to fix this?

It might have been an EX but the guy who sold it to me promised it was an SI cluster (but then again he promised it was manual). Before my mph (No tach on DX) was right on. So I don't know why its doing this now. Should I just try resetting my ECU? I'm kind of desperate

I just realized my RPM guage is fine, because VTEC kicks in at 5800 rpm (normal RPM for my engine) so it's just the MPH guage. Last post for help, otherwise 'F' I'm gonna go buy an SIR cluster for $150.

i'd try the old cluster before i bought another one... and i'd try and take some action on getting that knockoff si cluster.

if the MPH is consistantly off across the board then the needed was probably removed to roll back the odo and not installed in the right position.
either have it recal'd at a dyno or by someone who knows how to do it.
