Default Steering Wheel Shaking Violently above 70 mph

Ok First of all, I've had my Wheel bearings, axles, boots, and have had an allignment and wheel balance done. I did my suspension myself, so I fear they might be a little unbalanced, or not the same length. But back to my question. When get above 70 mph my steering wheel starts shaking pretty violently, not while braking, just cruising or accelerating. Please any advice would help.

Thanks Fellas, I guess I shoulda said I been in an accident where I hit a median and my left wheel BROKE OFF of my car. That might be why, if thats the case I might just have to live with it. Thanks again
