Default toe in alighnment question

I have a 2 finger gap between tire and fender in the front. I just got this car and have no idea how much it is lowered but it is wearing the inside of the tires. Before I go and waste money on getting it alighned, does anyone know if there is enough adjustment left to make it stop wearing?

I don't have adjustable camber kit, all stock except springs

An alignment is what adjusts the toe. It's the only alignment setting that can be changed on a civic without a camber kit. And if you want to 'just adjust your toe' you'll need these at a minimum:

And to do a proper 4 wheel alignment (which is what he needs) it's a bit more intensive; in order to eliminate thrust angle. You will have to 'string' the car:

Just take it to a shop and have them set the toe to 0 and you'll be fine.

Yes, go and get an alignment. Make sure you get before and after printouts, and get the toe set as close to 0 as possible.
